Design Process
We began by mapping how users typically search for services and initiate inquiries.
Using business inputs from Sathish and the operations director, I restructured the site to:
- Focus on core service offerings
- Guide users toward taking action (inquiry, booking, etc.)
- Prioritize clarity and accessibility

Restructured information architecture focusing on core services and user actions
Design Iterations
Research-Based Wireframes
Grounded in user research insights, I quickly translated pain points into low- and mid-fidelity wireframes to visualize potential solutions.
User-Centered Concepts
Early concepts focused on simplifying service selection, improving document submission, and enhancing clarity throughout the business registration journey.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Conducted collaborative review sessions with key stakeholders—including the CEO, Operations Director, investors, and Chartered Accountants whose domain expertise helped refine the design.

Complete homepage redesign with clear user journey, service metrics, and security messaging to build trust with potential clients

Service selection modal designed to simplify the user's decision-making process

Streamlined company registration form with transparent pricing and document requirements
Hi-Fidelity Design
Color Harmony
Applied the 60:30:10 color rule to strike a balance between brand presence and visual comfort.
Professional Typography
Kept typography and layout clean and professional to reflect the seriousness of legal/accounting services.
Stakeholder Approval
After 2 rounds of stakeholder feedback, the design was approved and moved to development.
Self-Service Inquiry System
Introduced a streamlined system so users can initiate service requests on their own without phone calls or emails.
Mobile-First Approach
Designed with a mobile-first approach, considering the busy, on-the-go nature of users who need accounting services.
Minimalist Layout
Created a minimalist layout that emphasizes trust, clarity, and ease of use for a professional accounting service.

- Minimalist Visual Hierarchy:The landing page embraces a clean, minimalistic design to reduce cognitive load and focus the user's attention on the core message—legal compliance made simple.
- Clear & Actionable CTA:The primary "Choose your service" button is prominently placed above the fold, enabling users to self-serve and proceed confidently without unnecessary scrolling or guesswork.
- Informative Yet Lightweight Content: Key business metrics (registrations, IT filings, happy customers) are used to build trust and credibility without overwhelming users with text.

Confirmation modal demonstrating clear communication and next steps after quotation submission
- Fast and Reassuring Value Proposition: The headline "File your Income Tax returns in 5 mins" sets clear expectations and reduces anxiety around tax filing by emphasizing speed and simplicity.
- Transparent Pricing & Process Highlights:"Starts from Rs. 499" is upfront and clearly displayed, avoiding surprises. Supporting bullet points summarize the full service, including privacy assurance and support.
- Clear Feedback & Next Steps:The confirmation message ("Your quotation has been emailed to you") provides immediate clarity on what just happened, reducing user uncertainty and reinforcing trust.
- Focus on Conversion Continuity:The modal appears post-form submission, keeping users engaged and informed without requiring a full page reload or disrupting their session.
- Support-Oriented Messaging:The follow-up actions—assignment of a consultant, email instructions, and a callback—reassure users that personal support is on the way, addressing common anxieties in business registration.

SEO-Driven Design
SEO-Optimized UX Design
To boost discoverability without compromising usability, I collaborated with SEO experts from Neil Patel Digital.
Content & Performance Optimization
Focused on refining the content hierarchy and technical performance to support SEO and user goals. This included optimizing load times, ensuring mobile responsiveness, and organizing content for clarity—all of which contributed to better search visibility and a smoother user experience.
Bridging SEO and UX
Worked at the intersection of technical SEO and user experience to create a site that's both search-friendly and user-focused. By aligning design decisions with SEO strategies—like structured content, clean code, and fast load times—we improved discoverability while keeping users engaged and informed.
Developer Collaboration

Before and after comparison showing the evolution from original design concept to final developed implementation with detailed design improvements
- Attention to Visual Precision:Collaborated closely with developers to fine-tune typography (e.g., applying the correct "Poppins Bold" style and adjusting line height to 50px) to ensure design fidelity in the final build.
- Pixel-Perfect Spacing Adjustments:Provided clear visual references to refine spacing—such as margin adjustments between elements (button, headings, and stats)—to maintain visual hierarchy and balance.
- Asset Handling & Graphic Scaling:Worked with developers to replace placeholder screenshots with the correct graphic assets and scale them precisely according to design specs, ensuring consistency with the intended visual layout.
